Jake took the time to meet with our insurance company, advocate for us, and make sure we were getting the coverage we deserved. He treated us like people, not a paycheck, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel manageable. Larry also made a point to stop by the house during the project to check on the progress, make sure everything was going smoothly, and ensure we were happy with how things were going. That kind of personal attention really stood out. The entire team took complete care of us from start to finish, and the results speak for themselves.
