I couldn’t be happier with ProTech Roofing and especially Steve Turner. Steve handled the insurance company directly, kept me informed, and made the entire process incredibly easy for me. I barely had to deal with the insurance side at all. We have a very large, steep roof, and they originally expected it to take at least two days. We had the roof scheduled while we were on vacation, but it rained nearly the entire week. The last Friday of our vacation was the only clear day, and the crew started at 5 AM and worked until dark to get the entire roof completed in one day. The quality of the roof is excellent, and even a neighbor specifically commented on how good it looks. They also replaced the gutters, and the gutter work came out flawlessly. Steve’s communication was excellent from start to finish. He emailed me the quote, coordinated everything seamlessly, and took care of the insurance process. I highly recommend ProTech Roofing and Steve Turner. He did a fantastic job!

A Company That Truly Cares If you’re looking for a roofing company, I can’t recommend this team enough. From the very beginning, they made us feel like people who mattered, not just another customer or another job. A special shoutout to Jake and Larry, who both went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Jake took the time to meet with our insurance company, advocate for us, and make sure we were getting the coverage we deserved. He treated us like people, not a paycheck, and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel manageable. Larry also made a point to stop by the house during the project to check on the progress, make sure everything was going smoothly, and ensure we were happy with how things were going. That kind of personal attention really stood out. The entire team took complete care of us from start to finish, and the results speak for themselves. The work is beautiful, the attention to detail is obvious, and you can genuinely tell they care about the quality of what they do. It’s rare to find a company that truly treats you like you matter. Ryan was very helpful with navigating the insurance claim. He also was very thorough when detailing the issues with our roof and inspecting everything once it was installed. Edwin and his crew did a great job during installation and cleanup.

I had 4 companies out to give me quotes; 3 of them were all within $1000 of one another. So it really came down to reputation and my gut. I chose Pro-Tech because at the end of the day Cash is the one I felt the most comfortable with. I didn’t want someone that felt like a pushy used car salesman and I didn’t want someone trying to sell me more than I wanted. I told him my plans for the house and what I wanted and that’s exactly what he quoted me. It was important to me to feel like I was dealing with a company with honesty and integrity and that’s what I got. The job was completed with no issues in one day and we did a full walk around a few days later. He got on the roof to inspect the work that had been done, answered my questions and made sure everything had been cleaned up well on the ground. I have no hesitation saying that I would 100% recommend them to friends and family.
