I had 4 companies out to give me quotes; 3 of them were all within $1000 of one another. So it really came down to reputation and my gut. I chose Pro-Tech because at the end of the day Cash is the one I felt the most comfortable with. I didn’t want someone that felt like a pushy used car salesman and I didn’t want someone trying to sell me more than I wanted. I told him my plans for the house and what I wanted and that’s exactly what he quoted me. It was important to me to feel like I was dealing with a company with honesty and integrity and that’s what I got. The job was completed with no issues in one day and we did a full walk around a few days later. He got on the roof to inspect the work that had been done, answered my questions and made sure everything had been cleaned up well on the ground. I have no hesitation saying that I would 100% recommend them to friends and family.

Ryan Bankston sold us a roof and did a great job keeping us informed on the installation from start to finish. He even came out and did a final, final clean up to ensure the property was free from any loose debris from all the removal/installation process. Highly recommend.

Can't put into words the satisfaction we have about ProTech roof replacement experience. Both Steve and Larry demonstrated their professionalism by maintaining constant contact with us about how things would be and did happen. They were accommodating to some unique requests we needed done and made sure there were absolutely no outstanding issues with either our roof or our experience.

I recently had my roof replaced by the team at Pro-Tech Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning the Project Manager, Mitch, stood out with excellent communication - always clear, prompt, and transparent. This was the first time I’ve ever had to have a roof replaced on a house (I’ve been lucky!) and I had a lot of questions for Mitch. He thoroughly and patiently answered them all and was very communicative regarding timing, cost, and scheduling of the work. The installment crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and organized job site throughout the project. The finished roof looks great! I highly recommend Mitch and the pro tech team. Unlike most of our experiences with roofers, he is responsive, straight forward and very reasonable. He was so honest he called us in the middle of installing our new roof to let us know they wouldn’t need to fully repair our dormers which saved us some money. As important, he stands by his work (because it’s good).

I won’t need a roof for a long time, but I will call them again. I’ve already recommended them to a neighbor and other friends.

Let me just say I LOATHE dealing with repair people because for some reason because im female they think I don't know anything or what I'm talking about so condescending..So I went in VERY skeptical.. It was TOTALLY NOT that way in this case..Start to finish took 2weeks and that was mostly weather related..Clay and his crew were very efficient..
We needed our roof and wind turbines replaced after high winds and hail damage about a month ago..Clay was kind and courteous and graciously walked my hubby and I through each step and what to expect with insurance and the proper proceedure. With his help we got it all upgraded (he even did an overlay on my well house and shed to match the house)and home insurance dropped $600/yr wootwoot..Thank you so much for a smooth and easy transition..Kuddos..Job well done..Tried to post pics but google being a pain

I suppose the most useful review would be written 20 years from now when I could look back on the performance of this new roof over its lifetime. What I can say for sure is that removal, installation, and clean up were done as efficiently and professionally as I could have hoped and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pro-Tech.
